Return Process

  Log into your Sabertrio account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided label; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
